1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or placing an order through cielorosa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use this site or place orders. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the site. Cielo Rosa LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. ABOUT CIELO ROSA

Cielo Rosa LLC is a luxury custom gift boutique operating under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. We specialize in handcrafted, made-to-order, and personalized products. All orders are produced on demand — we do not maintain finished goods inventory for custom items.

3. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDER TERMS

By placing a custom or personalized order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have verified that all spelling, names, dates, and content submitted with your order are correct
• Once your order is approved for production, you assume full responsibility for any typographical errors or layout issues that were included in your approved proof or submitted order details
• Once your order enters production, no changes can be made
• Once the allotted number of revisions for your chosen design service have been used, additional design fees will apply
• Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you have any questions about your order details before production begins, please contact us immediately. We cannot make changes once production has started.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SUBMITTED CONTENT

When you submit images, designs, text, or other content for use in a custom order, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have explicit permission from the rights holder to use it for this purpose
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• You will indemnify and hold Cielo Rosa LLC harmless from any claims arising from content you submitted

Cielo Rosa LLC reserves the right to decline any order that we reasonably believe may infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable law. All original designs, branding, and site content created by Cielo Rosa LLC are the exclusive property of Cielo Rosa LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

By using this site and placing an order with Cielo Rosa LLC, you grant us permission to photograph and share images of completed products for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law
• Payment is collected in full at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• For large or corporate orders, a deposit or payment plan may be arranged at our discretion — contact us for details

6. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

All custom items are made to order. Production time varies by product and is separate from shipping time. Estimated production times are displayed on each product page and at checkout. These are estimates only — during peak seasons or high-demand periods, additional time may be required.

Cielo Rosa LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events. If you have a specific date requirement, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders over $125 within the contiguous United States
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Cielo Rosa LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier
• For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement without a carrier investigation
• International shipping is available on select items — duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Final Sale inventory items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. All other return requests are reviewed individually and approved at our sole discretion. For full details please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cielo Rosa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using this site you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.
