| Measuring Tips |
Be honest with yourself.
It's better to get the proper fit than to squeeze into a smaller size. |
 |
Consider getting a friend to help.
You'll get a better measurement that way. |
 |
| When Measuring Your Bust: |
 |
| Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust. Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose. |
 |
| When Measuring Your Waist: |
 |
| Hold measuring tape at your natural waistline. Remember to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose. |
 |
| When Measuring Your Hips: |
 |
| Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose. |
 |
| When Measuring for a Bra: |
 |
Measure while wearing your own bra. Bra Size is made up of two measurements: band size and bra cup size.
Measured in inches, the band size is the number of inches around the upper rib cage just below the breasts. It should be rounded up to an even number (33"" becomes 34""). This is shown in area one on the bra diagram.
The cup size is determined by measuring the number of inches around the fullest part of the breast and subtracting the band size from that number. It is measured in letters (1""=A, 2""=B,3""=C, 4""=D, 5""=DD/E, 6""=DDD/F, 7""=DDDD/G, etc.). Please note that a strapless or molded cup bra may require you to go up a size or two. This is shown in area two on the bra diagram.
Combine those measurements to determine the bra size (e.g. 34B, 36C, 38D, etc.). |
| Band should be fitted, not loose. It'll take some getting used to, but you'll have a much better profile and your clothes will fit better. |

What if I'm in between sizes?
If the size chart shows you're in between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size. Don't hurt yourself trying to squeeze into a smaller size just because it sounds nicer. Get the best fit and you'll look (and feel) your best.
What if I order the wrong size?
You may return your purchase for an exchange. Some limitations apply, so be sure to read our return policy.
Leg Avenue Lingerie Size Chart
How do I read the lingerie size chart?
The left hand column shows the sizes available for ordering, for example, S, M, L, etc. The other columns to the right show the approximate equivalents based on your measurements and/or dress size.
What does size S/M, M/L and 1X/2X mean?
Some items are adjustable or elastic enough that they come in combined sizes. For example, an item might say it's available in two sizes, S/M and M/L, or it might say 1X/2X and 3X/4X. This means, for example, that a size S/M will fit you if you are either a S or M as shown in the lingerie size chart. Likewise, a size M/L will fit you if you wear a M or L, as shown in the lingerie size chart.
What does "One Size Fits Most" mean?
These items are usually made with stretchable material and/or come with adjustable straps making them capable of fitting an array of body shapes and sizes, usually small, medium or large. If you are at either end of the size ranges above, particularly at the upper end, then you may want to avoid the One Size styles.
What does Plus Size mean?
Plus Size includes sizes 14 and up, XL and above.
Glamourmom® Sizing
Measurement #1 Stand up very straight. Measure at the widest part of your bustline, over the nipples. This measurement should be relaxed (not snug). Again, be sure the tape is straight across the back. |
Measurement #2 First, measure around your ribcage, directly under your bustline. The tape should be snug and must be absolutely straight in the back. Use your mirror or your helper to ensure this. |
ENELL® Bra Sizing
For the best fit, take two measurements (band or rib size) and (bust or cup size) with your regular bra on, just as you would a regular bra. You may also view a video to learn more about getting the right fit.
Some helpful hints:
If you plan to use the ENELL sports bra with high impact activities such as running, tennis, volleyball and elliptical training, order the size indicated by the ENELL Size Chart.
If you plan to use the ENELL sports bra for low impact activities or all day use at the workplace, some women prefer to order one size larger than suggested by the ENELL Size Chart.
If you don't fit into one of ENELL's standard 10 sizes, we are happy to help you custom order an ENELL sports bra to fit your individual measurements and needs. Contact us at support@cielorosa.com. |

Putting on your first ENELL:
The ENELL feel: Your ENELL is going to feel completely different from any sports bra you have ever used. You've never had support like this before. Your first reaction may be that your ENELL is too small. It's probably not! Your ENELL should feel snug and still be comfortable.
Putting the ENELL on: Put your ENELL on like a vest. Then start to "hook up" your ENELL from the BOTTOM and go up! "Tuck and hook" until you get to the top. Once you get your ENELL fastened, reach in and adjust your breasts in the bra by pulling them up and out toward the underarm so the bra lays flat under your breasts. The breasts should then be held firmly in the upper/fuller portion of the bra. Your nipples should rest just below the arch seam. Your ENELL should be snug but comfortable, you can feel the support.
To check the fit: Twist your body as in doing waist exercises. If the bra moves more than slightly and does not stay in place, it may be too big for you. For a low impact/comfort fit, you will want the bra to feel looser and may move a little more.
